Safety Policy

All staff are screened and trained before working with the company. We pride ourselves with providing the best of care for you and/or your children.

However, we cannot be responsible for behavior and events out of our control. To ensure safety of everyone within a class or group, we ask that students/attendants please listen attentively to instruction given and follow given instuction precisely.

Refund Policy

At this time, all sales are final but we are exploring refund policies that best fit this service model.

Classes are non-transferable except through the guidelines of our make-up policy.

A student may be able to receive a refund if a replacement student were to sign-up and take the place of their available seat. In such case, student would receive a pro-bated refund starting from two class sessions after the date of their last class minus any discounts given from the original price of the course package. This is to ensure we can cover cost of instruction for other students.

The replacing student would not be entitled to any discounts that were given to the replaced student. And the replacing student would be starting a new course track, not continuing the current course track, unless they were a previous or current student who completed the course track up until the point they were taking the now available seat.

Any discussed refund arrangements are at the sole discression of Amusing Ed and its management team and are subject to change as needed. We are constantly exploring how to make our customer experience even more enjoyable and appreciate a refund policy is a part of that.

Make-up Policy

We Honor Make-ups! No fees for make-ups so long as guidelines are followed!

This is a new program that no other after school or tutoring program, to our knowledge, offers. For this to work, however, we all have to contirbute.

A student that gives us at least two weeks notice of a schedule change will be offered a make-up at no charge.  This free make-up must be made between the time we are informed to the day of class following the class they requested a make-up for. This is to ensure that students do not miss critical information between classes.

At the time of scheduling the make-up, students will be given a voucher for one class session and can search our class schedule for an available seat.

If a make-up is requested less than two weeks prior to the date the student wishes a make-up class for, they may still receive a free make-up if:
1) a student takes their now available seat for that particular class session, and
2) a make-up session is available prior to the start of their next class date.

All make-ups are subject to a $50 charge unless the student is issued a voucher for a free make-up as outlined above.
